About this policy
This policy covers Unoic Studio at studio.unoic.com, provided by UNOIC MEDIA LLP. Studio is a workspace for creating exams, question banks, educational games, images, diagrams, and interactive video lessons. It also serves shared exams and video lessons.
This notice describes Studio’s current features. Connected AI tools, external websites, and the existing Unoic MCP connection service may have their own notices and controls.
Information we use
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile image, and an account identifier. Authentication also uses session tokens and security information.
- Content you create. Exams, questions, answers, scoring rules, explanations, puzzle content, prompts, uploaded files, and generated images, diagrams, or video activities are processed to provide your workspace.
- Learner activity. Shared exams can process answers, submission details, and results. Games can save attempts or progress. The information retained depends on the activity.
- Technical information. Hosting and security services process request information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and errors to deliver and protect Studio.
- Browser storage. Your browser can store sign-in sessions, saved puzzles and progress, interface state, and your cookie choice.
How we use it
We use this information to sign you in, protect account access, save and retrieve your work, run learning activities, generate content you request, share published activities, and resolve service problems.
Where a legal basis is required, these uses relate to providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing it, and applicable legal obligations. Optional storage, if introduced, will require a separate choice before it is enabled.
You decide what content to submit and publish. Avoid including personal information in teaching materials or AI prompts unless you have a reason and the appropriate permission.
Services and sharing
Studio uses these services to provide the features you request:
- Cloudflare hosts Studio, delivers its files, and provides infrastructure, database, and security services. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Supabase provides account authentication, stored workspace data, and media storage. Supabase privacy policy.
- Google handles Google sign-in and provides the account details described above. Google privacy policy.
- OpenAI processes prompts and relevant text or media when you choose an AI generation feature. OpenAI privacy policy.
Publishing an exam or video makes the published activity available to people with its link. Those people may share the link further. External media and links you choose to open can send your browser’s request information to their hosts.
Service providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy notices describe their locations and safeguards. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law or to investigate misuse and protect the service.
How long we keep information
We retain account and workspace information for as long as it is needed to provide your workspace, carry out your instructions, and meet security or legal obligations. Retention depends on whether an account or activity remains in use, whether you delete content or request deletion, and any obligations that require information to be kept longer.
Local-only work remains on your device until the relevant feature or your browser removes it. Service logs and any backups are subject to the relevant provider’s retention arrangements. Removing browser data does not delete data already saved to your account.
Your choices and rights
You can manage your saved content in Studio and end sessions through account security controls. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or limits on its use, and may object to processing. Contact us using the details below; we may need to verify that a request relates to your account.
If a teacher or organization provided your learning activity, contact them about how they use learner results. Teachers and organizations should obtain any permissions needed for information they submit, including information about children. Please contact us if you believe personal information has been submitted without appropriate permission.
You may also raise a concern with the data protection authority in your country where that right applies.

We will update this page when Studio’s data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Changes to optional storage will require a new choice before that storage is enabled.
