Terms and conditions

The terms for creating, learning, and sharing with Unoic Studio, operated by UNOIC MEDIA LLP.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of Unoic Studio at studio.unoic.com, provided by UNOIC MEDIA LLP (“we”, “us”). Studio helps you create exams, question banks, educational games, images, diagrams, and interactive video lessons, and take part in shared learning activities. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

You must have the legal capacity and permissions required to use the service and submit content. If you act for a school, business, or another organization, you must be authorized to act on its behalf. Learners should have any permission or supervision required by their organization and applicable law.

Accounts and access

Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account, including connected tools and published links.

Tell us promptly at hello@unoic.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Account security controls can end sessions; signing out does not delete saved cloud content.

Acceptable use

Use Studio lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You must not:

  • Upload or share unlawful content, malware, abusive material, or content that infringes privacy or intellectual property rights.
  • Access another person’s private work, bypass permissions or usage limits, or interfere with the service’s security or availability.
  • Use shared exams, games, or results for fraud, impersonation, or unauthorized assessment activity.
  • Submit personal information or third-party material without the permissions needed for the intended use.

Reasonable usage limits may apply to protect the service and its users.

Your content and sharing

You retain the rights you hold in content you upload or create. You give us the non-exclusive permission needed to store, process, reproduce, and display that content to provide Studio and carry out your instructions, including through the service providers described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use your content. Publishing an exam or video makes the published activity accessible through its link; recipients may share that link further. Review materials and sharing settings before publishing.

Download or keep copies of important work. Some game progress and local-only content are stored on your device and may be lost if you clear browser data or change devices. Deletion and account requests can be sent to our contact address below.

Studio’s branding, software, and other materials are protected by applicable rights. These terms permit use of the service; they do not transfer ownership of those materials.

AI and learning activities

AI-generated questions, explanations, images, diagrams, and other outputs can contain mistakes or resemble other material. Review them for accuracy, suitability, accessibility, and permissions before using or publishing them. Rights in generated material may depend on applicable law and the relevant provider’s terms.

Teachers and activity organizers are responsible for their learning materials, assessment rules, grading decisions, and use of learner results. Studio supports those decisions and does not replace appropriate human review or professional judgment.

Google sign-in, AI generation, storage, connected tools, and external media rely on third-party services. Their applicable terms and policies also govern your use of those services.

Privacy and cookie choices

Our Privacy Policy explains how account information, content, learner activity, and browser storage are handled. Provide personal information only when you have the permissions needed, including any permissions required for children’s information.

Cookie settings let you review storage and change your saved choice. Essential storage remains active for requested features. Choosing Accept, Decline, or Save preferences concerns storage choices and does not record a separate acceptance of these terms.

Availability and changes

Features may change, and maintenance, faults, security incidents, or third-party outages can interrupt access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feature will meet every purpose. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal obligations, and will explain restrictions where practicable.

If paid features are offered, the price and applicable billing or refund terms will be presented with the offer before you choose to purchase. These terms do not, by themselves, authorize a charge.

Updates to these terms will appear on this page with a revised date. Where required by law, material changes will be communicated before they take effect. You can stop using Studio if you do not wish to continue under updated terms.

Responsibilities and legal rights

Use appropriate care when relying on learning content, generated outputs, results, or shared links. We are responsible for providing the service in accordance with obligations that apply to us under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer or other legal rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Please contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using a complaint process, regulator, or court available to you under applicable law, or require you to give up mandatory protections in your country.
